All statements, promises, offers made in this website are subject to change at the sole discretion of Purnima Viands Pvt. Ltd. The responsibility of the tiffin lies solely with the customer. Any loss or damage to the tiffin will lead to forfeit of the deposit money. In such circumstances, the customer will need to make another deposit payment. Payments from single customers Rs.250 per tiffin is taken as a deposit as the cost of the tiffin being delivered to you. Payments need to be made in cash, preferably advance. Maximum due from a single customer is Rs.250. Immediate payment needs to be made once this value is reached as due. Payments from corporates / PG Can be in cash or cheque. Details will be given in course of interaction. Need to be made by 5th of the month. Payment needs to include balance payments from the previous month PLUS an advance of approximately 15 working days of next month. A deposit of Rs.200 per tiffin will be taken as a one time deposit in lieu of the tiffins being provided to you. The same will be repaid without interest to you on termination of agreement.
